In Chapter 22, the Protectors go to Universe S to seek help from Doctor Strange, a powerful sorcerer who protects Earth from mystical attacks, to hide the Dark Stone and Staff from Agent N. When they get to his Sanctum Sanctorum, he agrees to help them. However, they are interrupted by Agent N, who brought together a group of the Universes supervillains to stop the Protectors, including Doctor Doom, the Green Goblin, Captain Boomerang, Deathstroke, and the Reverse Flash. Doctor Strange teleports everyone to a dimension without technology (Agent N's weakness), where each member fights a supervillain. This is where the chapter ends.
In Chapter 23, we see the first fight between Barry Allen and Eobard Thawne, the Reverse Flash. The two speedsters race each other all over the dimension, with the Reverse Flash outrunning Barry. Eventually, the two fight each other, but Thawne easily defeats Barry. As Thawne taunts Barry on how weak he is, Barry tells Thawne that he will never stop fighting, and manages to gain enough strength to punch Thawne repeatedly, and manages to punch him into the air. When Barry tells Thanwe that its over, the Reverse Flash admits defeat this time, then escapes by teleporting (an ability speedsters can do). After he escapes, Barry receives a message from John, asking him if he's there, to which Barry responds back. This is where the chapter ends.
In Chapter 24, we see the next fight between John and Norman Osborn, the Green Goblin. John chases the Green Goblin using his jetpack, to which the Green Goblin laughs psychotically and fires the machine guns in his glider, but John manages to dodge the attack. The Green Goblin then throws multiple pumpkin bombs at John, with one managing to hit him, causing him to crash to the ground. As he gets up, the Green Goblin strafes John with his machine guns, but John manages to hide behind a rock. After the Green Goblin passes, John reactivates his jetpack and attempts to get the Green Goblin off his glider.
He manages to do so, and he begins firing at the Green Goblin with his wrist pistols. The Green Goblin's tough armor deflected the attack, and he threw multiple pumpkin bombs at John. However, these weren't bombs, as the outer shells broke off and 4 sharp blades extended from them. Surprised, John attempts to dodge them, but one manages to cut his shoulder. As he tries to ignore his injury, the Green Goblin takes out a long blade and attacks John. John activates his own wrist blade and deflects the Green Goblin's attack, and counter attacks him multiple times, but does no damage. The Green Goblin then tries to stab John, but he grabs the blade and throws it away.
The Green Goblin then calls back his glider, which takes John by surprise as it slams into him. After the Green Goblin gets back on his glider, he activates the glider's 2 long blades and flies towards John. John runs away and tries to contact Barry. This part is seen at the end of the previous chapter. After telling Barry to come, John turns around and runs towards the glider. Before he's impaled, John slides under the glider and immediately fires his grappling hook at the glider, successfully catching it.
As the Green Goblin tries to escape, Barry comes running and runs on top of the cable and punches the Green Goblin, causing him to fly off of his glider. The two then walk up to the unconscious Green Goblin, and take in the victory. This is where the chapter ends.
These were all supposed to be one chapter, but I decided to make each fight its own chapter because I didn't want to make them quick and stale. Chapter 24 was really tough, because since the Flash and the Reverse Flash are speedsters, there isn't much action besides running. When trying to come up with ideas for the fight, I went back to the CW Flash TV series, where the Flash of this story takes inspiration from, and remembered that whole the Reverse Flash was faster then Barry, he was also better in hand-to-hand combat. I decided to give the Reverse Flash the same quality, resulting in the hand-to-hand part of the fight. While Barry may seem far slower than the Reverse Flash, this isn't necessarily the case.
At the time of this story, Barry has been a superhero for 4 years, and has fought Thawne dozens of times, and many of those times, Barry lost. At this point, Barry is much faster and more experienced, but still isn't as powerful as Thawne due to the fact that Thawne has trained to become faster and faster way longer then Barry has. Due to this, Thawne has often acted cocky, which usually causes him to lose like he did in this chapter.
While I briefly explained the backstory for each supervillain, I've decided to go ahead and further explain each supervillain in more detail.

He was present at S.T.A.R. Labs the day the Particle Accelerator went off. He knew that if the Accelerator exploded, the Electric Generator would too, and cause terrible damage. Thawne tried to turn off the generator, but was too late. When the Accelerator exploded, it caused the Electric Generator to explode as well, releasing lighting all over. One of those lightning bolts managed to strike Thawne, and with the combined power of dark matter, immediately gave him super speed. He managed to move so fast, he accidently time traveled 100 years into the future. Unknown where he was, Thawne investigated, where he stumbled upon the Flash Museum. Curious, Thawne went inside.
He saw the various Flash's and his villains when one of them caught his eye, a yellow-suited figure called the Reverse Flash. Thawne noticed that he looked familiar, and when he looked closer, he noticed that the person's real name was Eobard Thawne. Thawne couldn't believe it, but began to realize his powers. He spent the next few years mastering his powers and learning about the Flash and their various battles throughout the years. Finally, Thawne was ready, and after stealing the Reverse Flash costume from the museum, he traveled back in time back to the present, where he watched over the Flash, waiting for him to become fast enough to challenge him.
When finally revealing himself, Thawne easily defeated the Flash. After a few months, the Flash asked the help of some friends who helped stop him. He was taken by S.H.I.E.L.D., but was broken out by the Legion of Doom, an evil organization of super villains led by Doctor Doom. He continued fighting the Flash, and was even recruited by Agent N during the Multiverse Conflict.

Norman Osborn, the CEO of Oscorp Industries, was always in competition as the superior weapons manufacturer with Stark Industries and Hammer Industries. Unlike the other companies, Norman was obsessed with making a Super Soldier Serum that was used to make Captain America, and dedicated years of research to find out the formula. When the government caught track of this, they ordered him to shut it down. Refusing to do so, Norman took the uncompleted formula and tested it on himself. It enhanced his strength and other abilities, but also made him lose his mind.
He adopted anther identity as the Green Goblin, and became obsessed with Spider-man. He used his companies weapons to wreak havoc over New York by supplying various villains with technology to stop Spider-man. When the villians kept failing, Norman realized he had to stop Spioder-man, and used various technology to fight him. He wore an advanced combat suit with a helmet that had a HUD. He also took a military glider packed with weapons such as machine guns, missiles, and grenades that he turned into pumpkin bombs, along with many more technology.
He has proved to be a powerful villain against Spider-man, similar to Batman and the Joker (who also exist in this Universe), and was even recruited by Agent N, to fight the Protectors.
